Range of stands covering the variety of advanced series tools. The stands are situated between the tool and the control unit, which makes the Advanced systems advantages possible. For example, one advantage is the temperature reduction in the “sleep” mode when the tool is put in its stand, thus obtaining an extended tip-life and avoiding oxidation of the tip’s solder plating.
These stands can be connected to any of the advanced series stations except for the AD 2700 in which the stand is incorporated.

The AD 8200 stand, operative until March of 2003, has been substituted by the new stands AD8210 and AD 8245 as from the mentioned date. 0
